Chris Gardner
Chief Executive Officer
Chris has over 25 years of pharmacy experience. Prior to joining our team, he held various roles at Shoppers Drug Mart over two decades. Chris also serves as an advisor to Carebrook Technologies Inc. Chris not only has worked in pharmacy for over two decades but his wife is a pharmacist. They have two children and love to travel.
Terri Smyth
Chief Financial Officer
Terri has over two decades of experience in financial planning and reporting, and previously held senior positions at Hudson’s Bay, Carter’s, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Terri and her husband have two daughters and when not spending time with her family, she loves to golf.
Steve Losty
VP, Corporate Development
Steve had over two decades of M&A and retail investment banking experience prior to joining Neighbourly in 2016, and previously held roles at CIBC Capital Markets and other leading banks in Canada and England. Steve and his wife have two boys who are avid skiers, and Steve enjoys backcountry skiing when he can find the time.
Jari Villanen
VP, Operations
Jari has over 25 years of pharmacy and multi-unit retail operations experience, and previously held roles at Shoppers Drug Mart, Dentalcorp, Loblaw’s, and Hudson’s Bay. With three boys, Jari and his wife are always on the run which may explain why Jari is also an avid runner.
Michael Bidlofsky
Senior Director Corporate Development
Michael is one of our earliest employees and has a wealth of pharmacy experience. He leverages his award-winning sales skills to support our pharmacy network growth across Canada by speaking directly with owners about their future plans and aspirations. When not spending time with his daughter, Michael can be found learning how to play golf and the piano.
